- At the airports, at the exit gate after customs and baggage procedures, the person in charge of our company will greet you with a sign with the name you want in his hand. The person or persons who purchased the transfer service will contact our staff at the airport. However, if they cannot meet with our staff, the situation should be reported to our company by calling the phone numbers written on the confirmation message sent by our company.
- If you have purchased a return transfer, the necessary information will be conveyed to you by our staff and your return transfer will be carried out by being present at the given address on time, in line with the information given at the meeting time.
- Our customers are obliged to inform us of the time changes that may occur during the flight departure times, via e-mail or by phone in order to avoid problems at the airport.
- The number of persons to be transferred must be given exactly and precisely.
- Passengers are entitled to 1 suitcase per person, excess baggage information must be reported at the time of booking. www.cyprusviptransfer.net has the right to apply additional fees for extra baggage or reject this request. Bicycle and golf bags not reported at the time of booking will not be accepted.
- All www.cyprusviptransfer.net vehicles have compulsory accident insurance.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to load and receive the baggage completely and completely from the vehicle.
